Wand Upgrades - Guild Wars Forums

Is it possible to upgrade wands/rods? I've seen sword, hammer, axe, bow, and staff upgrades, but no wand ones. If it is possible, is anyone willing to sell?

Its usually because Unident Wands and Rods later in the game come with two or 3 mods. But finding a great one is just luck of the drop.
